Product Description of Bucket Elevator Conveyor Belt
A bucket elevator conveyor belt is a continuous, vertical, circular conveyor belt. It is equipped with buckets and can efficiently transport various materials (granular, powdery, and lumpy materials). This type of conveyor belt enables vertical, continuous transport of materials and is commonly used in elevator and bucket-elevator systems. It can improve production efficiency, reduce workers’ labor intensity, and save manpower. During conveying, the steel-cord-reinforced belt effectively prevents material damage.
As a special type of conveyor belt, it offers high resistance to high temperatures, wear, and chemical corrosion, as well as high strength and durability. Its structural design and material selection ensure stability and reliability during the lifting process. In addition, the conveyor belt typically offers tear, wear, and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for various industrial conditions. Our rubber conveyor belts offer excellent flexibility and adaptability, and are widely used in industries such as building materials, mining, chemicals, light industry, power, agriculture, and food.
Types of bucket elevator conveyor belts: EP belts, NN belts, steel cord belts, solid-woven PVC/PVG belts, and specialty belts (oil-resistant, flame-retardant, heat-resistant, and anti-static).
Get A QuoteStructure and Working Principle
The conveyor belt forms a continuous, closed-loop vertical structure. After the motor starts, the head pulley begins to rotate, generating friction between it and the conveyor belt, thereby driving the conveyor belt to rotate. The conveyor belt is equipped with fixed hoppers. After the material is loaded into the hoppers from the bottom, the conveyor belt drives the hoppers upward as the pulleys rotate. When the hopper rises to the top, the conveyor belt changes direction and bends, and the material is discharged as the hopper flips. Then, the conveyor belt carries the empty hopper down to the starting position, and the cycle continues. The above steps are repeated continuously to complete the closed-loop conveying process of material picking, lifting, and unloading.
