Oil resistant conveyor belt is technically designed for the treatment of oily materials. They are composed of cotton canvas, nylon canvas and polyester canvas. Through calendering, molding, vulcanizing and other processes, they are formed through refining. Reinforced with multiple-layer polyester or nylon fabric, they are covered with oil-resistant rubber. This kind of rubber is made with a mixture of special formulas and techniques. Conveyor belts with general purposes tend to swell, deform and fall off when touching oily substances. Product Applications:

Oil resistant conveyor belt can be classified into three grades. Low-grade oil resistant conveyor belt can be applied to transport grains such as soybeans and peanuts. Intermediate-grade oil resistant conveyor belt can be used to deliver animal and vegetable oil such as rap oil, palm oil, lard and fish oil. High-grade oil resistant conveyor belt can convey mineral oil, such as coal oil, engine oil and hydraulic oil.
