Description of Oil Resistant Conveyor Belt
An oil-resistant conveyor belt is technically designed for the treatment of oily materials. They are composed of cotton canvas, nylon canvas, and polyester canvas. Through calendering, molding, vulcanizing, and other processes, they are formed through refining. Reinforced with multiple-layer polyester or nylon fabric, they are covered with oil-resistant rubber. This kind of rubber is made with a mixture of special formulas and techniques. Conveyor belts with general purposes tend to swell, deform, and fall off when touching oily substances. Our company, one of the oil-resistant belt manufacturers, adopts special rubber covering formulas, contributing to anti-expansion, anti-deformation, anti-abrasion, anti-impact, anti-ageing, and anti-lightening of belts. Applications of Oil Resistant Conveyor Belt
Oil-resistant conveyor belts can be classified into three grades. A low-grade oil-resistant conveyor belt can transport grains such as soybeans and peanuts. An intermediate-grade oil-resistant conveyor belt can be used to deliver animal and vegetable oils such as rapeseed oil, palm oil, lard, and fish oil.
